Century 99 Pte Ltd was established by the first lady Valuer at IRAS; Mrs May Yeo in 1992 as a licensed property valuation firm. Her intention was to provide the complete range of property valuation services to cover the full spectrum of commercial, residential and specialised properties in Singapore. To date, the growing firm is humbly proud to hold an exceptionally unparalleled appraisal track record of more than 30 years long. Our services are trusted by our business partners and clients which include financial institutions, institutional funds, private or Government related parties, property developers and REITs amongst many others. Century 99 is an active panel valuer for all the financial institutions in Singapore including some locally based foreign banks. Our experienced team of qualified Valuers comprising of indicators, inspectors and licensed signatories are equipped and empowered with real time automation-driven solutions, in order to provide accurate and prompt appraisals that efficiently facilitate financial institutions with their credit assessments, mortgage loans and risk management processes or property developers with their property taxes. Our valuation work processes fully comply in accordance with SISV or RICS Red Book Standards and are consistently transparent and in line with IFRS requirements. We are ably equipped and supported through our secure connections within Asia Pacific and beyond to produce accurate and timely cross-border valuations and advice upon request. In November 2013, to streamline the focus and operation of Century 99 Pte Ltd on valuations, Century 99 International Pte Ltd was set up as a property agency. This enabled us to expand our services to areas of brokerage and real property investment. Our founder’s foresight and openness to change has also enabled the company to achieve a strong foothold in the current digital market, thus making us a reliable and trusted partner for tomorrow’s property journey today.
